The Halperin Construction Process
Our process has been established over the course of many projects to make sure yours runs, smoothly, on-time and on-budget.
- Step 1: Initial Idea
½ hour phone call to hear about your project and see if we’ll be a good fit.
- Step 2: Pre-Construction
Thorough site visit and review of available architectural plans followed by 2 to 3 budget iterations as the project requirements come into focus.
- Step 3: Construction
Conscientious construction and a clean site led by the same team that did the pre construction. Regular communication and schedule updates to keep everyone on the same page.
- Step 4: Project Wrap Up
Complete all work, punch lists, final building inspections, and final clean then turn over to the owner. If something comes up afterward we’re always a phone call away.
